BMW/Mini of Arlington is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  We are looking to add a qualified FINANCE DEPARTMENT ADMIN/SECRETARY to our team.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee and organize customer files.
    • Maintain confidential customer and company information.
    • Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales and managers.
    • Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end folders.
    • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as, keep work area organized.
    • Fill in as Receptionist when needed.
    • Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned.
    • Work well in a fast pace environment.
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions coworkers, vendors.

Qualifications

    • Prior administrative/secretarial experience a plus!
    • Prior experience working in automotive industry desired 
    • Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
    • Excellent phone etiquette.
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
    • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Professional appearance and work ethic.
    • Strong attention to detail a must! 
    • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
